Ok first of its pretty hard to find a nice hostel in Milan, all the hostels are in fact 1 star hotel. I got bedbug at emmy but my roomates didnt, guess i wasent lucky. But overall the staff is helpful and yeah. Enrico, from Canada ~ 3rd Nov 2009

Has the feel of a mental asylum and there is no real common area where you can meet people. The bathroom is quite sketchy. It is easy to find, though, and close to the metro. The staff are VERY friendly and helpful. The receptionist was a very cheery Fin and it's run by an equally friendly Arabic family. No security lockers. It was a nice hostel with great staff. Free and fast internet was a great plus. The downsides are that there are no lockers available and there is only one bathroom for the entire floor. Maurice, from Netherlands ~ 23rd Sep 2009

I do not recommend to deal with this hostel. When late evening we have arraved to our location they have canceld our reservation and told us we have to move to other location in another end of the city. It took us one and half our to get us to another destination. Do not forget we were carrying our laggage with us in pablic transportation. I do not think you can trust this hostel! We booked for this hotel. Out our arrival, we were told there was no room for us any more, that we had to go to the other end of the town. We agreed because no other choise was given. At "Milo", we were forced to stay because threatened by the rugmyman shaped boss... He first told us about a story of fixing a room, then that we were guilty about our arrival time (we were supposed to arrive between 6pm and 9pm. We arrived at 7pm... A shame! Don't trust them. Not a bad place, its just very very basic - if all you want is a place to sleep and FREE WIFI then its great - there is no common room and the staff aren't the brightest about what is close but it is a clean place close to the train station Felice, from Australia ~ 17th Aug 2009

I will never stay there again, or recommend this hostel to anyone. Mirco, the guy behind the reception counter was incredibly nice and helpful, but the woman manager was awful. She kept moving my room (including my things) without me knowing, and was often drunk behind the reception counter. She has no idea what she is doing and should not be in charge of a hostel.
