The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location and environment of the hostel were quite good. Our only complaints were that it was quite noisy at night and our room didn't smell so good.

Ming Han Tang is a nice place to stay. There is a good character. The staff is very nice, very friendly and very helpful. There were so nice with me and all my questions. :-) The location is perfect. We are very closed to the canal, the boats. In few steps you can see Suzhou like you have imagined it and as you saw it in the guides. Ming Han Tang is a nice place to go to enjoy Suzhou.
