The dorm is very value for money: very clean, comfortabl bed. They also have a lovely garden where I enjoyed a lot. It is a good place to stay. (Though difficult to find as it is in a small lane)PingPong (the male receptionist) does try to charge you extra for booking tickets (call AYA service by your own to book tickets to Pai, they have free pick up), but overall he is not a bad man, the price for renting bike and motobike is reasonable market price. The bathroom we shared was ok but not cleaned enough during our 2-day stay.For the little money we paid the room was sufficient. I quess though you can find better hostels for the same money or slightly more. Location is hard to find, in quite a boring area of town. The staff is a bit weird and not very trustworthy (example: our taxi we booked with them to airport early morning never came, and nobody awake to help us. They make me feel like home. The bed is not really good, too thin. But the warm feeling they created at least cure my dissappointment. The place is quiet and cozy, good if you need some space for your own. Try ice cappucinno made by the owner of Mojito, it's my favorite. Went around Thailand with my mate and this was definitely the best place we stayed at. Very friendly staff who really looked after us. We stayed in a private with aircon which really helped. Would recommend this place to everyone. Ewen, from Australia ~ 10th Apr 2012

Very clean, not much security but perhaps in that area there isn't much need. It is a quiet residential area. Peaceful garden and small gym, relaxing. The only downside were the owners, they were a bit greedy, try endlessly to get you to sign up for tours, get commission from taxi drivers. Didn't like their attitudes.
