Hostel is brand new, thus crisp clean and shiny. However, the operator seems not to be backpacker himself, so some things are not very practical. E.g. no power sockets at beds or in lockers, no bench or curtain in shower cubicals, no recreation room (benches in hallways only). Rooms have smell of solvent due to fresh paint and no windows. Some lockers are on the hallways. Matrasses and pillows are covered in plastic.

Firstly, thank you very much for letting us know how you feel. We do not have power socket near the bed is because of fire safety reason, we do have power point in the room but its located near the switch, probably you don notice. Secondly we do have door in the shower cubicles, so we don think a shower curtain is necessary. As for bench, we have listen to your good advice and has since put a bench outside the shower room for guests. Regarding the smell of fresh paint, I m so sorry about it, but because we are brand new, the paint is still fresh but we have already put in air refresher for all the rooms. Although some locker is on the hallway, its because of space constraint, but we assured everybody that our security system is totally safe, we have entry keycard system for every guests. CCTV camera is placed throughout the whole hostel, especially at all the lockers area. As for the plastic cover for mattress and pillow, its for everybody cleaniness and hygiene, we have since listen to your advice and change it to PVC leather cover, so that the guest will feel more comfortable.
