Staff doesn't speak english at all and don't even try to understand you. Using internet is difficult and uncomfortable because of the computer location. Private room was very dirty and the blanket was horrible. We were so disappointed that we changed the hostel. The place price and quality doesn't match. Taneli, from Finland ~ 9th Oct 2011

Located close to railway ststion so the area does attract the derro fringe of Vodka drunks. They are generally OK but there have been a few incidents with them. About half hour nice walk to centre. Toya is the manageress here and she is a lovely local person who will help with anything. She speaks Spanish, some english and Russian. The double room is great with English TV channels and and has 2 large windows. Hot water here is on demand and you need to book it in advance. Great place.

Right Now! in Ulaanbaatar city, there is capital reparation of the general hot water underground lines, so this external problem is affecting during summer time to the all buildings, houses, and others places in UB city.
