Excellent place - the staff are fantastic, there is fun if you want it but peace if you don\'t. My girlfriend didn\'t the like the place when she arrived but was in love with it by the time we left. Highly recommended ian, from England ~ 21st Sep 2009

We really loved this hostel, it's like a home from home, absolutely lovely and endlessly helpful staff, great atmosphere and great breakfast, brilliant space to come home to from the hustle and bustle of vibrant pelourinho.
