The matrasses on the beds were very hard with springs coming out: just not a very comfy sleep. While in the basement, where the luggage room was, were huge piles of matrasses that seemed very good (or at least in comparison to the ones we have slept on). Staff was good and helpful with information and breakfasts were also good.

Very good choice to stay in Toronto. Is a pitty that only works in summer because I think the rooms are for universitary people, but everything in that hostel is very good. The bed, the breakfast, the garage, the staff. All Very Good.

The service stinks, the second day I spent there was a nightmare with the front desk staff, I reported a few stuffs lost, so the girl at the front desk told me that the cleaning crew had thrown them away because they thought I had checked out, and to top that off, she told me that I should look in the thrash for the stuffs the cleaning crew had thrown away. I just wonder what kind of training these morons at the front desk went through to deal with situations like mine, you never tell a customer

Neill-Wycik's loctation is excellent if you want to be close to the shopping and entertaintment centers in downtown Toronto. The rooms are small but I found the facility to be clean and up to standards. And they are very afforfable. However, I would have love if they were more specific on their website about the rooming arrangements for couples.

might have a 24 hour cafeteria or a coffee machine and bed or desk lamps on rooms as well as provide a low-cost option transportation (van service?) to and from the airport-

This place is...functional. Not much happening in terms of social interaction. But its clean, and its central to Yonge and Dundas. Dont expect anything special from it, but its a good place to rest your head.

The place had no character as was not fun at all. Its location was its main attraction for a first timer to Toronto.
