My 6th floor room had window! But the remotes to both the TV and A/C didn't work properly. The staff spoke almost no English. There was next to no info about sites, side-trips etc. Very clean! BRIAN, from USA ~ 15th Nov 2009

The stay was ok. Got elevator to the rooms. Free wifi. International channels. Aircon. Cleanliness was ok. No bleach in the bathtube. Water in room and fridge. Plugins for laptop or mobile phone not convenient, far from bed or desk or all taken... Location is good as it is not far the touristic street, nice day and night market at 300m away. I ran out of this hotel when I arrived, it was terrible, very dirty and stains on beds, toliet smells etc. But the staff are kind and courtesy. I lost my 10% deposit and I stayed in another hotel. Your review sucks, not trustworthy! Yam Hwee, from Singapore ~ 11th Oct 2009

This place was phenomenal ... we only stayed one night & it is a must for all. Wonderful staff, perfect location for the sights (war museum, palace & market) and the rooms are awesome- 88 channels, fridge & en-suite).
