El hostel No es seguro,durante mi estancia robaron a muchos huéspedes. Camaras. Telefonos y dinero. No hay lokers para guardar tus cosas, que sean sufucientemente seguros. Bajo las camas hay una especie de caja de metal pero ahí no cabe una mochila. Y la cerradura la puede abrir un bebé. the hostel is well located and staff was friendly..but in the other side facilities like electrical plugs were insufficient...Bed was uncomfortable specially willow...cleanliness was very poor...the floor was dirty all days stayed at the hostel...cleanliness staff came just to change beds... In all seriousness, in all my extensive travels, one of the most unexpectedly idyllic hostels around. Perfectly located between the infinite plazas and the best museums, and between two large and wonderful parks, with a 24 hr reception, kind and extremely helpful staff, no place could have done a better job of allowing myself and my group of friends to have a more successful stay in Madrid. When I go back to Madrid I will stay here! It was the cheapest hostel we found and it was better then most hostels I'v stayed in. Everything was clean, the bathroom was new and shiny and always clean. The bedrooms were warm clean and air conditioned with double doors onto a balcony. It could not be more in the center. Nice hostel, spotlessly clean, perfect location. Only complaints were that there weren't any plugs in the room, very few toilets if the hostel were to be full. Also, on the morning I left, at 7.30 I was leaving for the flight, breakfast was all set out, croissants etc which I had paid for but the man very rudely told me that I couldn't have anything until 8am.
