I know its size is normal in HK, but it was unbelievably packed. If you're really social person, ya, this location is so nice for you. Everything's around you. On the other hand, it mean it's really crowded and hectic. Even the staff is not able to speak English well though, he really tried to be nice. I really liked it. :) The hostel was average though, I might get a hotel instead next time! SiEun, from South Korea ~ 13th May 2012

Frankly bad weather in HK and even east Asia recently~~~ very nice guys and really helpful
www.hko.gov.hk would be very helpful for the tourist to check the weather in Hong Kong. I agree that the weather in HK is unstable :) you are very welcomed to send us an email to check everything before you arrive. :) see you next time.

we enjoy stay at Oi Suen Guesthouse, but at the first nigt we moved to The King Wah hostel because the Oi Suen hostel was full, King Wah conditions are not as comfortable Oi Suen hostel, we were dissapointed because of it Hikmah, from Indonesia ~ 23rd Feb 2012

If you're at all claustrophobic, be sure to ask for a room with a window. The desk attendant may not speak English, so be prepared. They have a list of items on the wall in Chinese and English that is quite helpful.
Normally,we have staff here, Ms.Rainbow who speaks English. Although some of our staff who have no chance to learn English in school, they are friendly and polite and try their best to know what you want. Thanks for coming so much.

The hostel has great service and friendly staff. It is located in a nice area with easy access around Hong Kong.

If you are a solo traveler - I do not recommend you book at this hostel. The single room is like a prison. The bed is encased by three tiled walls and the city sounds that filter into the room from the exhaust pipes are echoey. The bathroom is also so tiny you can barely stand inside and close the door. When you do manage to close the door - I hope you're not claustrophoic. Otherwise - it is a very clean hostel and the staff are friendly and offer assistance. The double occupancy rooms with
Please understand that Hong Kong is a tiny place,but very expensive. Offering such a cheaper rate is for the budget traveler, not the deluxe(especially in this PEAK season).What we can do is providing the most important things: Clean, Safety, Great location with friendly service.We are solving the guests the problem of traveling or providing them travel tips which are super helpful for the solo traveler,especially women. Looking for the BIG room,please visit the hotel near us, Langham Place Hotel over 15K/night.
