They didnt consider the deposit I made from hostel.com, they still charge us with the room rate even with the deposit.
Dear Sir Please know that!!! You have ask for the special rate and i have quoted direct to you so we have adjust down the sur-charge in some condition., and you back to payment to the hostel.com without ask me only one word. this is not fear Ask the quote direct from Hostel, and not honest. and pay to the forwarder. you are closed person.
