New, clean, modern, safe, and near the KL Sentral. Large windows without curtains - beautiful during the day but at night too much light. In addition all rooms have in common a single switch to turn off or turn on ... I would rather sleep with the lights off ...And walking barefoot on cold cement for us women is not good. I have been to many hostels in my life travels and I highly recommend this hostel. PODs backpackers is equiped with everything you need to either stay a while in kuala lumpur or transit to anywhere else in asia. The staff there is very nice, humble and atent they take time to figure out your needs and help you in every way. They gave me a bunch of tips for my travel inside malaysia and also outside to my other itinerary stops.
