We were here during the winter and the room got freezing after a few hours without the warm air conditioner on. And the conditioner made so much noise that we couldn't sleep with it on and had to sleep in the cold. Also we missed the opportunity to buy water from the vending machines. The hotel charged us, or reserved money on account on arrival for an extra amount including security box without telling us nor giving us the key. It felt dishonest and we disliked it a lot.
