I got a lot more than I was expecting for my money. I wasn't expecting a TV in the room, wifi, and towels for example. Actually the wifi didn't work for me except for Skype, but I didn't bother to ask for help, and later I figured that it might have been my laptop. The location is excellent - 5 minutes on foot from the Convention Center and the bay. Very secure area and place, and very clean, despite the furniture being old. I am a student and stayed at pacifica hotel for a conference. Concidering the location and the price it is a bargain. Nice Bathrooms and friendly staff. The room felt very old and worn but was clean. It was cheap and everyone was very friendly. It was in a perfect location and easy to catch public transit to the beach, zoo, etc. It lacked some in the cleanliness department but the bed was comfortable and clean. the room was dusty and there wasn't an air conditioner but the room was quite comfortable with the fans and the window open.
