No blanket on bed of private room upon arrival, only bottom sheet.Took 2 hours to get a blanket.Room next to stairs and group of people outside room and sitting on stairs drinking and being VERY loud into early morning hours.They were sitting on the stairs and would not move.Shower doors would not close and water would cover the floor, toilet would not flush, and sink backed up.Only good thing was the location. We had no problems here, it was clean and walking distance from everything in the city. I wouldn't say there was a great atmosphere/fun.... it was mainly a few staff sitting around. Beds were very cosy, and we felt safe! Read Owner Comments Orla, from Ireland ~ 17th Oct 2011

Some staff were friendly and helpful, some indifferent. Mold was growing in the showers and on the bedroom ceiling, and the sheet did not cover the mattress. The shower in our ensuite bathroom did not have any hot water so we ended up having to wait for the hallway shower. A friendly cat lives there but if you have allergies beware. A BBQ was offered for 5 pounds, and a free walking tour of the city was offered. Free access to comp with internet. Overall, lots of character and a fun atmosphere Sarah, from USA ~ 21st Jun 2011
