Buyer beware: we were not told that you could only pay with a credit card after 50 Euros and we had to withdraw extra cash on the day we left in order to pay because they would not budge. Very unhelpful and unfriendly. Also, the breakfast is a joke, cold cuts and bread, especially given the fact that there are a myriad of places to eat - including two places right next door - which would serve you much better. The manner of checking in, and the knowledge of the staff at the restaurant on the corner was not good. There could have been more information about this available beforehand, and perhaps the option to order a towel in case your flight was delayed and could not check in regularly. I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Berlin City Lounge. It may not be the best place for socialising with other travellers, but it is a great start to discovering the city.
