I really enjoyed my stay at Peking Youth Hostel - It has a great lounge area with lots of comfy couches which are greatly needed after touring the city all day, also the lounge area benefits from free wifi, but you can also use the hostels computer free for the first 30 mins.The hostel was lacking a proper bar area and also event nights so lacked the buzz and 'nightlife', however the way the lounge was arranged made it really easy to meet people.The lounge was warm which was greatly appreciate Kelly, from Scotland ~ 5th Feb 2012

location is just great, 5 min walk from the forbidden city, 10 min walk from the night market. Very quiet place with the inner garden, nice staff, small rooms but very clean. I will definitly stay there for my next journey in Beijin pascale, from France ~ 17th Nov 2011

The best Eurasian hostel I've ever been, with the most friendliest owners, staff, best location on Beijing possible, super safe, super clean, super trendy, extremely fun and wonderful. I really felt like home :) and i wished I could be there for even more time! Hugo, from Portugal ~ 25th Sep 2011

My first hostel in China and I was very pleased...I have nothing bad to say except that i wished the staff organized something every evening, going out, opera, acrobats drinking etc...overall i wish the staff was mingeling more with the guests... Rialda, from Denmark ~ 14th Sep 2011

Good location, just by the Forbidden City and not fat from the subway (10-15min walking). The rooms are clean, albeit small. The staff isn't very amiable, but to be fair, it hasn'tbeen in all of China so far. All in all, I don't think it justify the price tag. Marcelo, from Brazil ~ 21st Aug 2011
