Un hostal muy bueno en relación a su precio, ubicado en el Casco Viejo de San Sebastián, a pie de los lugares de más interés. Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y limpias, y el personal muy amable. Lucy, from Chile ~ 13th Jan 2012

Staff is the worst staff I've ever seen not just by work related issues, by character. We had a problem with the reservation and they took 50 euros more from us,for the night we weren't going to stay there,and when I told them I've never seen a hostel who has such an attitude and change policy, they told me "Well,it's not Cordoba,not Seville,you are in San Sebastian" ...Decent answer huh?
