The best hostel that I have ever been is Prague´s Heaven. No doubts!You feel like at home.The rooms are very wide, with big windows. The place is very clean and safe. The common place is like a big living-room. You have internet free and wifi. The staff (Eva) is very friendly and helpful. They gave us breakfast,although it wasn't included. The price is very fair. I will come back ! The only issuemaybe it isn't so close to the main important places, but you're 25 minutes by walk or 10 by tra Carlos Alberto, from Argentina ~ 2nd Jun 2012

My son had to arrive later than closing time and the hostel owners made every effort to be open for him, and very welcoming. He was extremely pleased with his stay. We spent 3 nigth in the Prague's Heaven. It was a very good journey. The hostel was really well located close to the city center (10-15 min. by tram) with all facilities what we needed (kitchen, living-room, city maps and information etc).
