The beds felt like they were going to fall apart whenever anyone moved, the bathroom (which was dirty even by Chinese standards) ran out of hot water often. Justin, who ran the hostel was very helpful, but every other staff member I dealt with was uninformed and did not help me. Taylor, from USA ~ 1st Feb 2012
