Staff were great really friendly and helpful with requests. Rooms are small, but there's a chance to stretch your legs in the common room and watch tv, play a game or use your laptop. Only problems were wireless was down part of the time, and the washing machine is inexplicable for non-Swedish speakers, so be sure to ask staff for help when washing clothes. It was a little hard that we could not open the window. The air conditioner had not enough capacity to keep the room cold in the nighttime. A shame with no fresh air. The breakfast was very nice! Søren, from Denmark ~ 4th Jul 2011
