We stayed 5 days in the hostel which made only one day cleaning the room despite requesting service on the third day. We never saw people in the hostel, not even the owners and the worst was that we had to complain by mail. Breakfast is the same does not vary the type of bread and honestly I prefer for my next trip to go to another hostelfor the same price and better quality
We are sorry to hear that you didn�t enjoy your stay. We took the freedom to go on holiday after a year of hard work, so unfortunately the hostel might not be what it is normally. We tried to leave it as good as possible with 4 employees in the house, so at least there should have been people... It is true that we dont have daily cleaning in the rooms, we are not a big hotel with that kind of services. But of course when you ask, your room should have been cleaned. Our apologies for that.
