The hostel is located right on the Royal Mile - which is great for location, but could get a bit noisy at night (this was not an issue for us). For each bed you rent, you can get a locker for a 10 pound deposit. There is a small kitchen on site that you can use. Some staff at the hostel could have been more friendlier. Quite good hostel, staff is fine one of them was really nice and helpful actually, her name I guess it’s Jene or something like this. Breakfast is fine. It was lovely to have coffee and tea available the whole day. Very good, spacious bedroom overlooking the Royal Mile good shower and good wifi internet. The location is awesome on the Royal Mile and the hostel is not as noisy as I expected to be. Overall it’s a very good place to stay, I definitely recommend it. JOAO, from Brazil ~ 3rd Oct 2011
