this place was great, although id advise stayingin the dorm instead of the private twin because it was much smaller and ended up being too warm compared to the breezey dorm.
Thank you for staying with us and thank you for the comment. However, the room you stayed first 2 nights was not private twin but MINI FEMALE DORM, the cheapest room we have.

Rumblefish was kind of a random find for us on Hostels.com, but it ended up being a great stay, mostly because of the people we met who were also staying there.Rumblefish is a PADI dive shop and training center that also has accomdations on their upper floors.Most people who stay there are doing scuba diving training.However, the location is great (100-200m from 3 beaches), and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.We would definitely stay here again!

The hostel was very good. Very good located and it's really nice inside. It's 5 minutes walk from the center of Kata Beach. My room has only fan, and I really need an aircon in that. The staff was really helpful.
Thank you for the perfect score and we are sorry to hear that it was too hot for you in the dorm. We had to give up the AC to sustain low rates but we do appreciate your feed back. Thanks again and take care.

I rated everything as excellent because... that's simply what it is! A short walk from Kata beach yet far away from the noisy streets, this is where u wanna stay if u wanna relax, have a good time and meet some awesome people!

More for the diving crowd. Friendly and outgoing staff were very helpful with tips & info. Rooms are clean and modern, bathrooms a bit dated. 10min walk to Kata beach, lots of restaurants around.Book swap, honour fridge & cheap cooler water refills were a nice touch, but really the only facilities. Beds were hard spring with no padding. Double Private room had broken awning over balcony, very loud metal crashing on every gust of wind. 3-bed room had broken AC, no sleep for the sweaty! My friend and I stayed at rumblefish for three nights.The rooms was big clean and stylish.Minutes walk from the beach and funky cool art bars.If you stay with miz and thien you MUST go scuba diving! I never tried before and I'm so glad I did. They are all excellent teachers there. Lived the vibe!!
