The staff was extremely nice and helpfull. We arrived at 5:30 in the morning, and were leaving on the next day. They arranged for us a lake tour on the same day, bought for us the bus ticket for Cuzco, did our laundry... And we were even alowed to take breakfast on our arrival day (maybe to compensate the fact that they did not pick us up from the bus terminal?). Only drawback is that the rooms are quite loud and the only windows open to the corridor. Odile, from France ~ 30th Dec 2011
