The pub was really noisy, especially on Saturday night. We couldn't sleep until midnight. Except that, everything is fine.

We're glad you enjoyed your stay & didn't let a little noise affect you too much. We do hold some promotions for our guests entertainment during the week but Saturday can get busy till around mid night at times. Thanks Again.

When booking it did not say anything about the loud music that was played on the premises at night (this occured 3 nights out of the 5 we stayed there). Upon arrival one was required to sign a document accepting these party activities, but at this time its a bit too late to back out and I think one might not even get the money back. There was an ant-hole in the floor of our room. Linen, towels and dishwashing-fluid was provided, but no soap. The staff was very, very friendly!

Unfortunately we can't please everyone but we do try to maintain a good balance for our guests who would like to be entertained as well as getting some sleep. Hence is why alot of our activities are over by 11pm or midnight the latest. There are quieter areas if available at the time of course simply by just asking our friendly reception staff. Ants and insects are very common in the tropics & we do maintain pest control monthly. They are a bigger problem in the wet season but it is a BIG part of life in tropical areas all around the world. We do continuosly clean & control but sometimes the sneaky little buggers just outsmart us humans by moving around constantly. But we promise they are not harmful and if there are any problems please bring it to our attention immediately & we will resolve the matter. The soap matter has been addressed also, thank you very much for bringing these things to light. Cheers.
