Shinjuku City Hotel N.U.T.S TOKYO en Kioto, Japon

We reserved a 3 people room. Once there, staff made us pay all before even see the room. To our surprise, the three-person-room was indeed a mini 2-person one, with an additional bed literally packed between the other bed and the wall. No space to pass to any of the beds and only a couple of square meters free on the room, there was no place for baggage or anything. In addition, there were dampness on the walls. We complained to the hotel staff and did absolutelly nothing, we had already payed Beatriz, from Spain ~ 21st May 2012

This Hotel was a Gem! in a great location not to far a walk out of Shinjuku, subway was close. It was a little difficult to find but with google maps help we were there in no time. All my traveling companions were very impressed with the rooms(the cheapest ones available) and the bathrooms were huge. I would recommend this to travellers looking for a good location and a bit of a break from hostel beds! Ashlie, from Australia ~ 13th Nov 2011
