It was overall a good hostel experience. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Breakfast was meager and what I'm used to at other hostels. But the rooms were impeccable. I originally booked two nights but had to cancel my second night and I got a full refund - so I'm extremely grateful for the wonderful staff! Nathalie, from USA ~ 23rd May 2012

Sleepzone surprised me because it was really cheap and it was very clean. All the forniture looked like if was new and de staff was very kind with me. I will recomend this hostel for everybody and if I come back again I'm sure that I'm going to sleep there. Thanks ZARA, from Spain ~ 7th Feb 2012

Great stay at sleepzone. In the heart of Galway and the staff were very nice and helpful. The 1 small downside was the 10am checkout but if we didnt have such a good time in Galway the night before it wouldn't have been a problem!! Out of all the hostels I've stayed in, this own felt the most like a hotel. Everything is brand new and very clean. Its located a little bit off the main drag, but its not a long walk and I liked being in a quieter area. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. My main complaint was that the shower was FREEZING both times I used it, to the point where I couldn't get under the water, and the heat never came on in the room either.
