The place is pretty far from the SMN train station, so if you are walking with luggage, it is a far trek.But it is close to Ponte Vecchio, and right in the Piazza Pitti with the Palazzo Pitti across the street.So it is a nice area, the food in the trattorias nearby is better than in the center close to the Duomo Mriga, from USA ~ 29th May 2012

Quaint, good sized room for 3 bed ensuite.Great location by the river and across from Piti Palace.Friendly staff gave good restaurant recommendations.Wifi off and on and only worked in lounge area available 24 hours- good place to see other travelers and chat though. Andrea, from USA ~ 2nd Jun 2012

Hot water in shower and bathrooms cleaned daily. I was in a 5 bed mix dorm- it was a tight fit, but manageable. Room was very warm most nights, and mosquitos come in when the widow is opened- but thats to be expected. I'm guessing it gets very hot in the middle of summer. Christina, from USA ~ 15th Apr 2012

Location is great. We stayed twice at this hostel. However, the sound stripping is really poor. It was rather noisy in the nights. We could hear neighbours’ conversations all the time. Moreover, neighborus were noisy. Vira, from Ukraine ~ 2nd Apr 2012

our private bathroom was across the hall and I thought it was in our room. The staff were very helpful as we had a car and they took care of all the parking for us as the same price as paying for paid parking, we could not park on thre streets. Diana, from USA ~ 4th Feb 2012
