estuve 1 dia, 1 noche... hay una sala de billar y de futbolines abajo, junto con una sala/comedor con TV para los desayunos. Estuve en 1 habitacion de 18 camas. Hay una ducha en la habitacion. THE GOOD:Nice common area, very social, elevator, spacious dorms, clean, good value for money, lots of supermarkets nearby. THE BAD: When the dorms are full expect a wait for baths, no computers for guest use, kitchen has limited equipment for self-catering, breakfast is only toast and tea/coffee, location is far from the nightlife so you need a taxi after midnight. It was very nice, easy to get to just at the bottom of a HUGE hill. It is also a bit of a walk from Plaza Mayor as well. Staff was really friendly and very helpful. Cassandra, from USA ~ 22nd Oct 2011

Good location and very cheap!!! Reception staff could speak at leat basic English. Bes are terrible, massive gaps between supporting bars for mattress and mattresses were disgustingly dirty. Fresh bed sheets are provided though. maciej, from Poland ~ 11th Sep 2011

The price was cheep, but the staff were very slow and disorganized. We wasted a lot of time in the crowded, un-air conditioned hostel. We waited 2 hours for the cleaning lady to literally sweep the floor in our room, and eventually we went and got our sheets and made our bed ourselves because we were so tired. The man at the front desk charged us incorrectly for the stay, and in the middle of helping me another large group came in and he made me wait another hour before sorting out the problems.
For one low price you waiting for? Want to occupy the room for 2 hours before chek - in. We have to make the bed, contienental also provide breakfast. We're sorry but this is impossible as understood at this price.
