The hostel is not very easy to found. following the guidepost, I walked along a quiet path. When I found the hostel finally, the receptionist told me that the hostel was full and there was no room for me! She can't speak English so I didn't know the reason. She refunded my deposit and recommended another hotel for me. The character of the new hotel is quite good but the price is also higher. We paid 600KZ each for a double room. First thing is you have not informed us that our booking has been canceled, you just sent the confirmation mail & you also deducted the money and till now you have not refunded the same. not even you are confirming that our booking was canceled.
