Our room was right on the corner of the street and therefore EXTREMELY loud, even with the windows closed!! More plugins are definitely needed at this hostel, there were not even any in the toilets! Chelsea, from Canada ~ 20th Jul 2011

Fairly average hostel. The beds are comfortable but the rooms are very damp and warm (at least they were when we were staying there), and although our bathroom was OK I saw another that was very dirty (hair on the floor, moisture everywhere, etc). Also, each bathroom, despite having 2-3 toilets and 4 showers, has only one small sink. It is well located however, right across the street from the Shepherd's Bush Underground station, and the complimentary breakfast is perfectly fine. Kenneth, from USA ~ 14th Jun 2011

The worst hostel I’d ever been.I booked 6-bed room for 6persons 1month in advance.Two days before arrival I contacted hostel by mail and got confirmation.On arrival 11June about 7PM after I paid I was told that the only option for us is 4people in one room and 2in another.The hostel is above the very noisy bar and there is no option to close the window.The rooms are dirty and floors in the toilets are sticky.Access card readers works poorly.If you come just to booze up strongly–this is for y Read Owner Comments EVGENY, from Russia ~ 23rd Jun 2011
