son súper groseros en la recepción son una bola de 'arabes que no saben tratar con respeto a quien les esta comprando un servicio, pareciera que ellos nos hacen un favor al alojarnos en su cochino hotel en vez de que nosotros estemos dándole nuestro dinero a ellos, el trato es malo y no hay internet, además si los tipos estan de malas te corren de la recepción si vas a hacerles cualquier pregunta. O hotel tem uma boa localização perto da estação principal Termini e do metro, as ruas próximas são bem movimentadas e seguras. Quanto as instalações não são muito boas, os quartos tem piso cerâmico ou seja fica gelado, os lençóis estavam sujos, e o banheiro vazava água pelo box do chuveiro e pelo vaso sanitário, o que deixava tudo molhado e mais gelado. I came with a group of five to Rome and we had a great experience at Stargate Hostel. Everything was clean, very comfortable, and worth the money we paid. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the 24-hour reception was great. It's just a few minutes from Termini, which was perfect for our sightseeing. I would definitely come back. Wasn't what we were expecting.There were numerous hotels in the same building but no lounge area.Just a fine place to crash for the night, but don't have a huge group in one room.I'm guessing all the rooms are the same size, so it was extremely cramped. Aeryle, from USA ~ 2nd Nov 2011

Nice double room with ensuited bathroom. The room was very clean when we checked in but they did not clean during the stay (they only replace the garbage bag). Close to the termini station and easily accesible. Breakfast is one roll, one croissant, coffee/milk/juice but you can refill. Stuff was very helpfull and friendly. A good choice for a good price. Their advertising is very false. The breakfast is only free if you stay 5 nights and the Wifi is not free either. The location is perfect and it was clean. For the price, it's a pretty good deal. James, from USA ~ 18th Sep 2011
