TWH-Tai Wan Hotel Hong Kong en Carlow, Hong Kong

2 nights cost 90 euros (2 persons, twin bed).We didn't expect anything fancy but the room was really small, about 4 square meters. Toilet was very small and it was also a shower. Air con / heater didn't work and the room was quite cold, but luckily the blanket was warm. Pillows were 15cm thick and like bricks. Location was good, right next to Tsim Sha Tsui metro station. dear guest, your booking period is 11 of jan which is toy fair during in hongkong, cause your room is budget double room, which the room size is not big, but can fit for 2 persons, we do have more big room for your choice, you can ask staffs when you stay, cause during the winter, the cold aircon will switched off the main control, sorry for the inocnvience caused.

The staffs were so rude to us.We were 5 ppl staying together in one room.The room was way too small for us.My parents had to squeeze in a small bed,so did my brother and his wife.I was sleeping on the floor.There was no even space to walk.The lugguages had to be under the beds,otherwise you probably have to sleep with them on the bed.Bathroom was very small.There was no place to hang clothes.I heard guests fighting with the staff every morning.Highly recommend the owner to shut it down!

dear guest, you booked 5 persons room, which is already mentioned at website, it is 2 double bed + 1 extra bed, the price is only 11usd per person per night, please understand you booked is the budget hostel, if you need more space for 5 persons, we recommend you can book 2 rooms, double + triple room, thanks and sorry for the inconvience caused.

dear guest, thanks for your comment, from the record, you have booked 2 rooms for 4 nights, you put your checkin time is 10am, our manager send you email to request pay the addtional deposit to secure the group booking when you made the booking and one day ealier of your checkin date, but we sill not got your any reply. At check in date, you are arrival at 11pm, which is very different checkin time you provide to us, cause you are late, your rooms have been rent for other guest, so that the reason we can't arrange the rooms for you, sorry for the inconvience caused.

The place smells bad, the rooms are extra small, while I was showing a cockroach was in the bathroom. Pictures on the website are fake. Please avoid it.
