WORST hostel experience I've ever had. Very careless, disorganized staff!! They ask you to call 1h before arriving. I emailed 2 days ahead to confirm my reservation, then called, texted, AND emailed 2hours before arriving to reconfirm. Nobody responded. When I arrived, nobody was there, phones off, I was left stranded on the street. The next day they called to ask if I still wanted to stay there...no, obviously. They promised to refund deposit, still hasn't come through, no response to emails. Roseann, from USA ~ 11th May 2012

The staff was very helpful and the location is close to the night market :) Bathrooms are small, but clean, wifi is working very well. We had a pleasant stay !! Cornelia, from Austria ~ 2nd May 2012

The location of the hostel is wonderful, very close to the subway and the night market but quiet. Hopefully it will be a good place for communicating travel and culture of Taipei between landlord and the travellers. Jing, from China ~ 15th Nov 2011
