The hostel is really nice. Location is close to the station, you'll use at your arrival and departure from Taipei, as well as for travelling around the city. Eddy is obviously an agent for hotels in Taipei.We didn't stay in the hotel (MRT Taipei)we paid for but instead were brought to another hotel which gave us accommodations for a double instead of twin beds.The rate was lower and Eddy gave us a refund of the excess payment.No complaints about the H.Moon Hotel though.It was clean and quiet.The location was just perfect for us.I would recommend it for the budget conscious! generoso, from Philippines ~ 15th Feb 2012

I used the online system to book an hostel simply for the advance knowledge of its location, price and environment. I did not expect that this website, which acts as an agent, had linked me to another (local) agent rather than the hostel. It had given me an unpleasant experience, as I was confused and kept wondering whether I was cheated.
