The Green Saman is an excellent Hostel. Fraser (manager) and Joseph (chef) were very hospitable. Joseph is a skilled chef. All meals were prepared fresh and tasted great. One evening we had a 5 course dinner which was outstanding. The rooms were priced at a good value. This hostel has a great relaxing atmosphere in a nice part of Cali. This is not a hostel, it is a 5 star Hotel with dormitory. I loved this place, it is a mansion with a pool, steam room, sauna. And they had what I lacked in Colombia for a long time, really good beer! Also the fact that there is a Guide Michelin chef working/owning the place who makes an excellent affordable dinner every night just makes it topnotch. A must go I have to say!
