The hostel was a bit noisy.The music was very loud and even when talking to the front desk staff I had to scream.Although the food was cheap, it was pretty mediocre.The property was beautiful however, and the rooms were fairly clean. The screen for the window did not close and therefore anyone could enter the room from the outside, hence we had to carry all of our belongings with us. The pool and BBQ area outside was really great!The staff was very helpful and the food was fine.They also had a tango show, which was fantastic.The whole personality of the place was really great, though it was kind of in the middle of nowhere so you felt a bit stuck there. They give the key to the luggage storage room to anybody who asks for it.They need to tighten security on this. Staff are very indifferent and will not answer questions unless you ask that very precise question. (ie. how much does it cost to go to san martin? they will respond but will not mention that its been closed for the whole last week) Staff is the opposite of helpful and seem to be working for a paycheck and not for the customer.
