No complaints at all ...we each had our own bathrooms, they were clean, there was a nice common area, stocked with food, wireless and more ...i might mention though, you need to bring your passport, even if you are an american adam, from USA ~ 24th Oct 2009

Very basic, but you sort of expect that because of the price. Pretty clean, helpful staff, safe lockers. The location isn't too bad: close to the subway station. Although it's deffinitely not a place to wander about at night. Yulia, from Russia ~ 20th Oct 2009

I stayed with two other friends just for one night, staff was nice but please don't forget ur passport (I live in the US so I don't carry it all the time) but the staff was nice and let us stay, the shower and restroom were very clean and the beds average clean, I'll go again if I need to. We stayed here for two nights. Even though it is situated in very beginning of Harlem we felt pretty safe and didn't have any problems. Rooms were clean but very small (private double rooms), bathrooms and common area were cleaned on daily basis. Subway station is close, so it was good starting point. What we really liked was filling breakfast and funny and very helpful receptionist, who helped us with any information needed.
