A fairly average hostel in an excellent location. The staff is good, and there's a very good front porch, but it's wholly pretty non-descript. We booked our stay from Australia at Tiara Guesthouse over a month before we left for Kuala Lumpur. When we arrived after our 8.5 hour flight we were told they had given our room to someone else and proceeded to walk us to another guest house, which was a few blocks away and would not rate 1 star. We did not want to stay there and they wanted us to pay 135 ringit balance (they had already taken 15 deposit which was not refunded. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!
