Tranquilo Backpackers No.2 en Santa Teresa, Costa Rica

Hello, I have neer been treated so rudely in my lfe. I had emailed before hand to the hostel also in regards to surfboard rentals. Never heard a reply. After having traveled all morning to get there, I was told upon arrival and giving my confimation booking number, to WALK AROUND TOWN FOR AN HOUR!!!! I guess their internet was down? The Hostel next door worked?? Thats right, I had to get a different hostel in a VERY DANGEROUS TOWN. I took my son on a surf trip and this is what happene Theresa M, from USA ~ 26th Nov 2009
