The staff here are really friendly even though some don't speak much English but they are really kind to bare with my bad Japanese. Rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels and yukata provided everyday. Sharyn, from Australia ~ 27th Jan 2010

The staffs there are nice, though they may not be able to communicate with you in English. Besides, the hotel provides you a domestic feeling by having tatami beds and public bathroom. Moreover, the hotel are very near to the Tokyo Metro station and 5mins walking to Ueno JR station, and of course the Keisei Ueno station which is convienient to the transportation to Narita Airport.
