Considering the rating this place has we got really surprised! The staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are quite alright, guessing they will only get better as they´re renovating. They really deserve at least an 80% Johan, from Sweden ~ 19th Jan 2009

Staff were very friendly. When I made the booking I was advised that there was a free pick up from the Transit Centre in Brisbane, however when I called for the pick-up I was told that the bus wouldn't be available for at least 2 - 3 hours. I then had to walk for 50 minutes to get to the hostel. Also, you are not allowed to have fans in the room and i stayed there in the height of summer when Brisbane is very hot and humid. The air conditioner in the room did turn on but it was just very old David, from Australia ~ 30th Dec 2008

Staff would not honor my reservation. I was stuck in Brisbane with no place to stay. Oh ya, and they refused to give my deposit back. Don't waste your vacation - stay somewhere worth staying at Will, from Canada ~ 25th Nov 2008
