Vinh Hostel en Bikaner, Vietnam

The pictures of the place are not even of the same hostel! When we arrived the people were rude and didn't know we had a booking, that's ok if it's a simple mistake but they made us feel very unwelcome. Our room was quickly cleaned (not very well), I would have preferred them to just say- sorry, we made a mistake, we do have a room but it's not quite ready, it will be ready in an hour or whatever. Eventually the staff became more friendly but it took a long time. Next to noisy bar asw Hazel, from England ~ 28th Jan 2012
