Nobody on staff speaks any English and they show a distaste for anyone who doesn\'t speak Spanish. There was a guest there who spoke English who they never hesitated to impose on to translate. While we rearranged the booking to exchange multiple room changes for 4 out of 5 nights(as I could not find a bed for Saturday night) they cheated me out of the 10% deposit I paid Hostels.com(although they showed my name with a reservation on Hostelworld.com) No matter what I did they -meaning the groip stanley, from USA ~ 5th Nov 2011
