This hotel is amazing the staff wad really nice because we took the time to leave in the morning but the house is beautiful and the rooms are clean. The woman spoke 3 languages (italian english and french) and made us feel like home. Marie, from France ~ 2nd Apr 2012

The staff who made the breakfast was so helpful and friendly.I think that you definitely need to communicate in writing on your site that there is not staff on site and that people need to telephone on arrival to get someone to come.We waited outside the gate, ringing the bell, not knowing how to get in.Fortunately, another guest exited and told us how to open the gate and that we needed to walk a few blocks to a public phone and call.A few directions on using the public phones in Italy would be Lory, from USA ~ 4th Aug 2011
