This is definitely not Ritz. The room (twin) was dirty and the showers were moldy. Then again, for the money you spend this is a good deal. Located near a metro station and a quick walk from the RER station that takes you to the airport. Next to a busy pedestrian street so you can expect some noise. Jukka, from Finland ~ 30th May 2012

Nice location, very friendly people on reception and nice dorms. I would highly recommend this hostel to other travellers. Well, elevator would be nice. But in general, this building is old, so its understandable. Big thanks to receptionist who let me check in earlier because I was tired after the flight. Its a simple, but very nice hostel. Great location, Table and chairs in room was nice. Staff was helpful and friendly.Bathrooms were nasty, Room was small and the whole place needed new paint plus internet should be free. The location is great: rue de Muffetard is full of nice restaurants and in a strategic position to visit the city. The staff is nice and kind, perfectly english speaking! But..the toilets..omg the toilets! We were on 4th floor and nearest WC was on 2nd, it was always dirty and very unconfortable for travellers with no space to lean stuff.
