Youth hostel Bledec en Tulln, Eslovenia

i cant answer this survey correctly or entirely because upon my arrival to check in i was treated poorly there was no record of my reservation, and as mentioned in manhe reviews they were trying to charge me a different price to the price that was on my reservation email. so i ended up not even staying there for the night. when there are so many hostels in this small area they need to pick their game up. They finally hosted us in a 6-people room eventhough we booked for a 4-people one without any explanation. But what was definetly worse was that they billed us with the whole price without discounting 10% booking amount arguing they do not see this amount from . We 2 definetly do not recomend this hostel and are trying to complain to consumers protection organizations in Slovenja about this clear abuse. Thanks for your assesment.
