fantastic location.
a bit disorganised when i first arrived, was told my bed number but there were no numbers on the beds.
overall, very good. would definately use again.

yo, this place was new clean and full of kids ranging from 14 - 17, loud, obnoxious teenagers filled every area, not to mention the staff was a little high on themselves, but it was clean and you did get a bathroom in your room

This place was unreal! More like a hotel rather than a hostel. I loved it. Super clean, great location, nice bar and restaurant, laundry. If only all hostels could be this amazing.

Could use earlier quiet hours in the outdoor bar, so those of us with courtyard-facing windows do not have to listen to yelling until 2am

One of the best hostels of our 10-country trip. Superb location, spacious rooms, good breakfast, bar, and super clean. Standard locker-type Master padlocks don't fit on the lockers, though - the hole isn't big enough (so I gave this a "good" on security).

This hostel is excellent. It's well located (just off the Royal Mile) but at the bottom of a hill. :( It's really not that steep tho. The rooms are clean and new. The ensuite bathroom are fabulous and the lockers in each room are large enough to fit a suitcase or large backpack. Kitchen facilities are a bit cramped but there is a cafe and breakfast is pretty good. Hostels provides are large range of brochures and the internet is cheap as well. This was the nicest hostel I stayed at on my visit to the UK. The elevator, candy machine, and internet where out of order at times and took a while to fix. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.
