Undergoing construction and my booking was changed at last minute so I was forced to share a four bed dormitory with a family (whose teenage daughter hoiked,coughed and spluttered all night long) rather than the single room I booked. Toilet and bathroom awful, shower just pointless, health and safety concerns with construction. Overall very disappointed
� Nobody's "forced" to do anything. Single room had to be shut down for renovations and guest was offered an alternative to which he could or could not agree. There were plenty of single rooms available in the city of Bruges so no need to dramatize there. � We apologized thoroughly ofcourse, because it's obviously a very rare situation that somebody books a room that later on has to be closed and no longer used. It's no one's fault really, just situational. � Guest seemed very happy with the solution and his brand new, completely renovated room, he didn't express his grievances to us directly. � Brand new bathroom (toilets, showers, sinks) on level 3 (where this guest stayed) is opening up beginning of next week so the old bathroom will disappear.
